Order Processing

Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.

Processing may take a little longer during busy periods, such as public holidays, new launches, limited-edition releases, or periods of high order volume.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Delivery Charges and Estimated Times

We offer flat-rate delivery across Australia.

Please note that all orders are dispatched from China.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that the total estimated timeframe is usually 9–21 business days, including both processing and delivery time.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can update the delivery address only before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Taxes

Prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes, where required, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our control.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
